Use this page to request deletion of PalmLens account-linked data. You do not need to sign in to submit this form.

What we may ask you for

• Email used with Apple or Google sign-in, or your PalmLens support code/Firebase uid
• Optional note to help locate the account
• Some purchase, refund, security, and legal compliance records may be retained for the minimum required period

If you also have access to the app, you can open Settings and use the in-app account deletion request path for a faster match.
